Order requests

This website currently accepts unpaid order requests only. Sending a request does not reserve an item, create a purchase contract or take payment. Availability, the final price, delivery and payment arrangements will be confirmed separately before you agree to buy.

Prices, versions and delivery

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Choose the size, colour or version shown on the item page. Delivery costs are not included in the basket subtotal. The final total, any applicable taxes, delivery area and expected timing will be provided before a purchase is agreed.

Artwork and availability

Sold artworks remain visible for reference and cannot be ordered. Photographs help describe each piece; please ask about dimensions, materials and condition before purchasing if you need further information.

Cancelling a distance purchase

For most goods bought at a distance, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving them, then return them within a further 14 days. Contact us with your name, order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Any lawful exception, such as a genuinely personalised item, must be explained before purchase.

Returns and refunds

Contact us for return arrangements. Responsibility for return postage will be explained before purchase. For an eligible cancellation we refund the price and standard outbound delivery cost within the applicable statutory deadline; this may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return are received. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect an item may affect the refund where the law permits.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. These terms do not restrict your statutory consumer rights.

Cancellation notice

You can send: “I wish to cancel my purchase of [item], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. My name is [name], my address is [address] and my order reference is [reference].” Please include the date of your notice.
